Richard graduated from Michigan State University in 1990 with a B.A. in Finance. He is a Certified Financial Planner © Practitioner as well as a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). Richard entered the financial services industry in August of 1990 and has worked in all aspects of the investment business.  His primary focus has been on Private Client wealth management with an emphasis on portfolio design, management and servicing.

Richard was born and raised in the Grand Rapids area and currently lives in Middleville with his three children.  He enjoys a variety of hobbies and spending time with his children and family.
